Glenmorangie Senior Marketing Project Lead

- Oversee the execution of key brand projects to enhance the long-term equity and profitability of the Ardbeg brand.
- Manage partnerships with design agencies to uphold luxury standards.
- Maintain effective communication with consultants, property management, and senior management.
- Reconcile project plans with budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand Homes to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Deliver luxury-standard retail offerings, POSM, signage, and amenities.
- Identify new growth opportunities and target new consumer segments globally.
- Develop and implement global brand programs aligned with brand positioning.
- Support the annual market brand planning process and review.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
- Foster effective relationships with cross-functional colleagues and local market teams.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of projects to integrate learnings.
- University qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing or related fields.
- Strong marketing skills including innovation, product development, and brand strategy.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and budgets.
- Ability to synthesize research and knowledge.
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity in complex environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing or related fields.
University qualification or relevant experience.
