Glenmorangie Senior Brand Manager

- Develop and implement brand equity building programs in collaboration with Moet Hennessy in-market teams.
- Define and develop brand strategy, including brand range and innovation, to achieve scale growth.
- Propose and execute innovative marketing programs to enhance brand desirability.
- Lead the development and execution of brand innovation and renovation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement team to shape global media guidelines and support market-level media planning.
- Conduct insight-based evaluations of content to optimize creative impact.
- Ensure effective execution of Maison brand plans and business development in key markets.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG and alcoholic drinks sector.
- Proven experience in brand strategy, product development, and advertising communications.
- Strong marketing skills including brand strategy and creative development.
- Ability to lead scale packaging design and innovation projects.
- Capacity to manage ambiguity in a complex environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational savvy.
- Proactive, action-oriented with a drive for results.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Collaborative team player with motivational skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG and alcoholic drinks sector, with a strong marketing background.
Degree in a relevant field.
