1. Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
2. Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Support operational teams and assist guests with local area information.
4. Act as a concierge, arranging travel, tours, and dining for guests.
5. Manage all House email communications and maintain accurate property management records.
6. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
7. Maintain stock levels of consumables and manage incident reports.
