- Lead the New Product Development (NPD) Team with a focus on packaging development and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of new products that meet cost and quality standards.
- Create and manage technical development timelines.
- Build and strengthen the NPD Team through effective leadership and team-building strategies.
- Establish a robust network of stakeholders through collaboration and cross-functional team building.
- Promote sustainability by identifying opportunities for positive change aligned with the company's environmental agenda.
- Benchmark the company against best-in-class packaging and processes.
- Lead and support the delivery of new products on time and to specification.
- Degree in a relevant subject.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a packaging development leadership role.
- Project management experience or qualifications (e.g., Prince 2 Qualified).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across functions and cultures.
- Analytical skills with attention to technical details.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience with financial management control and reporting.
A minimum of 5 years in a packaging development leadership role, with experience in the luxury brand sector.
Degree in a relevant subject.
