- Lead the New Product Development (NPD) Team in packaging development and product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of new products, adhering to cost and quality standards.
- Create and manage technical development timelines.
- Build and strengthen the NPD Team through effective leadership.
- Establish a robust network of stakeholders through collaboration and cross-functional team building.
- Promote sustainability by implementing programs aligned with the company's environmental agenda.
- Benchmark the company against best-in-class packaging and processes.
- Lead and support the delivery of new products on time and to specification.
- Degree in a relevant subject.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a packaging development leadership role.
- Project management experience or qualifications (e.g., Prince 2 Qualified).
- Demonstrated people management skills.
- Experience with financial management control and reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work across functions and cultures.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Analytical skills with attention to technical details.
- Self-management and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within packaging development, particularly in the luxury brand sector.
Degree in a relevant subject.
