1. Assist in organizing and setting up team meetings, agency days, and brand boards to ensure efficient operations.
2. Manage internal communication systems, including the upload and management of brand assets.
3. Support brand teams with product sample delivery and internal product launches.
4. Assist with ad-hoc marketing team requirements, such as stock requisitions and transportation of props.
5. Provide day-to-day administration of marketing budgets.

1. Keen interest in brand marketing and commercial awareness.
2. Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and partners.
6. Creative, proactive, and hands-on approach.

Beginner level experience with a keen interest in brand marketing and commercial awareness.
