1. Advocate and serve as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
2. Attain expertise as an Ardbeg Mixologist.
3. Supervise and coordinate activities of bartenders and bar staff.
4. Educate consumers on using the Ardbeg range in cocktails and tastings.
5. Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
6. Prepare and deliver cocktail-making sessions at Ardbeg House and DVC.
7. Lead cocktail service periods to ensure high-quality service delivery.
8. Liaise with management and other departments for smooth operations.
9. Engage with customers to promote Ardbeg.
10. Ensure tastings are conducted to the highest standard and maximize upsell opportunities.
11. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
12. Collaborate with the House Kitchen team to ensure a cohesive food and cocktail experience.
13. Complete checklists for opening or closing shifts.
14. Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures at Ardbeg House.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
