1. Act as an ambassador for the Glenmorangie brand, passionately advocating its values.
2. Oversee the Front of House and Housekeeping functions, ensuring a 5-star guest experience.
3. Manage check-in and check-out processes, including guest requirements and billing.
4. Lead meal service periods to maintain high-quality service delivery.
5. Educate guests on the food and whisky journey, enhancing their experience.
6. Ensure tastings are conducted to the highest standard, maximizing upsell opportunities.
7. Collaborate with the House and Communications team for VIP and special events planning.
8. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest toilets, and back-of-house service areas.
9. Complete checklists for opening and closing shifts.
10. Conduct annual performance reviews and develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with team members.
11. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures in Guest Experience areas.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
2. Experience with Property Management Systems is advantageous.
3. Ability to manage diverse situations, including interactions with High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
