- Plan and execute e-commerce and brand campaigns, optimizing the customer journey and managing product listings.
- Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through CRM strategies, personalization, and data analysis.
- Design and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns while maintaining brand voice and ensuring data privacy compliance.
- Support digital experiences and marketing strategies for physical brand locations.
- Maintain an e-commerce trading calendar aligned with brand priorities, including product drops and promotions.
- Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products online, including SKU setup and merchandising.
- Ensure optimal site performance and a smooth path to purchase by collaborating with development and UX teams.
- Monitor and manage online stock levels, coordinating with supply chain/logistics to resolve stock or order issues promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer loyalty programs, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Shopify.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude with a mindset to drive projects to successful completion.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, customer loyalty programs, digital marketing, or a related field is required.
