Glenmorangie Distillery Visitor Centre Manager

- Oversee the operational management of the Distillery Visitor Centre, ensuring a luxury guest experience aligned with the Ardbeg brand.
- Act as an ambassador for the Ardbeg brand, passionately advocating its values and offerings.
- Collaborate with the House team to optimize guest experiences across multiple sites.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the Ardbeg DVC team to deliver exemplary customer service.
- Ensure the team understands their roles and operates in a professional, efficient manner.
- Work with Brand Communications and Head of Brand Home to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Manage budgets and provide performance reports, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Act as premises manager, maintaining an up-to-date operational premises licence.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury operational hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with DVC booking and till systems.
- Strong situational management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to connect with people and work effectively in a rural setting.
- Calm demeanor under pressure and a good sense of humor.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy luxury operational hospitality environment.
