Glashütte Original Boutique Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Glashütte Original through a comprehensive understanding of the brand's history, products, and universe.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, ensuring optimal performance through effective leadership and KPI management.
- Oversee the operational management of the boutique, utilizing performance indicators to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Enhance commercial performance by recruiting new clients and delivering exceptional customer service, while building a network and managing CRM activities.
- Handle administrative and accounting responsibilities in collaboration with the assistant manager, including daily activity reporting and proposing improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce (BAC+3 equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team management.
- Proven track record in luxury retail and service excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and result-oriented strategies.
- Influential leadership with the ability to serve as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong commercial acumen and initiative.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to numbers.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in sales team management within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce (BAC+3 equivalent).
