Glashütte Original Store Manager

- Act as a brand ambassador by mastering the history, products, and universe of Glashütte Original.
- Manage, motivate, and lead the sales team, ensuring effective human resource management in the store.
- Drive store operations using performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve store objectives.
- Supervise visual merchandising and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the brand director on sales, client events, and team management.
- Optimize sales by recruiting new clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Build a network, manage CRM, and handle disputes.
- Ensure exemplary customer service.
- Manage administrative and accounting tasks in collaboration with the assistant manager.
- Report information and propose improvements and action plans.
- Draft daily activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in sales and commerce.
- 5 years of experience in sales team management.
- Excellent communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
- Pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities.

- Passion for watchmaking is a plus.
