Glashütte Original Boutique Manager
Glashütte Original, a prestigious brand under the Swatch Group, is renowned for its exquisite timepieces and commitment to horological excellence. - Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Glashütte Original through a comprehensive understanding of the brand's history, products, and universe.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, ensuring optimal performance through effective leadership and KPI management.
- Oversee the operational management of the boutique, utilizing performance indicators to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Drive commercial success by optimizing sales, recruiting new clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage administrative and accounting tasks in collaboration with the assistant manager, including daily activity reporting and proposing improvements and action plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales team management.
- Proven excellence in luxury sector communication and service.
- Strong pedagogical skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on KPIs and analytical skills.
- Influential leadership and brand ambassadorship.
- Strong commercial acumen and initiative.
- Analytical mindset with numerical proficiency and proactivity.
- Excellent listening skills, service orientation, and availability.
- Team spirit and ability to foster a collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in sales team management within the luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
