Glashütte Original Boutique Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Glashütte Original through a comprehensive understanding of the brand's history, products, and universe.
- Lead and manage the sales team, fostering motivation and performance through effective leadership and KPI management.
- Oversee the operational management of the boutique, utilizing performance indicators to achieve sales targets and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
- Optimize sales by recruiting new clients and delivering exceptional customer service, while managing CRM and resolving disputes.
- Handle administrative and accounting responsibilities in collaboration with the assistant manager, including daily activity reports and proposing improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce (BAC+3)
- Five years of experience in sales team management and leadership
- Excellent communication skills and luxury sector representation
- Proven pedagogical skills and service-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and KPIs
- Demonstrated leadership ability to elevate team performance
- Passion for horology is advantageous
- Influential leadership and brand ambassadorship
- Strong commercial acumen and initiative
- Analytical mindset with numerical proficiency
- Excellent listening skills and customer service orientation
- Team spirit and ability to unify the team
- Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus
A minimum of five years in sales team management and leadership within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce (BAC+3)
