Glashütte Original Store Manager
Swatch Group is a multinational company involved in the production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. With 16 watch brands, the Group is present in all price segments and has a strong distribution network, including its own multi-brand network with specialized stores, Tourbillon Boutique and Hour Passion. - Act as a brand ambassador by mastering the history, products, and universe of Glashütte Original, embodying the brand's values and spirit.
- Manage, motivate, and lead the sales team, ensuring effective human resource management including scheduling, training, regulation compliance, and team development.
- Oversee store operations using performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve store objectives, supervise window displays, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Optimize sales by recruiting new clients and providing exceptional customer service, building a network, CRM follow-up, and handling disputes.
- Manage administrative and accounting tasks of the store in collaboration with the assistant manager.
- Report information (results, quality) and propose improvements and action plans, including daily activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree in sales and commerce.
- 5 years of experience in sales team management.
- Excellent communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
