Glashütte Original Boutique Manager
The Swatch Group is a multinational corporation engaged in the production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. - Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and spirit of Glashütte Original through a comprehensive understanding of the brand's history, products, and universe.
- Manage and motivate the sales team, ensuring optimal performance through leadership and KPI management. Oversee human resource aspects such as scheduling, training, and team development.
- Drive boutique operations by utilizing performance indicators to achieve sales targets. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and collaborate closely with the brand director on sales, client events, and team management.
- Optimize sales by recruiting new clients and providing exceptional customer service. Build and maintain a network, manage CRM, and handle disputes. Ensure exemplary customer service and quality.
- Oversee administrative and accounting tasks in collaboration with the assistant manager. Conduct reporting, propose improvements, and draft daily activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
- Five years of experience in sales team management.
- Influential leadership and brand ambassadorship with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
A minimum of five years in sales team management within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Commerce.
