1. Act as a brand ambassador by mastering the history, products, and universe of Glashütte Original.
2. Manage, motivate, and lead the sales team, ensuring effective human resource management in the store.
3. Drive store operations using performance indicators (KPI) to achieve store objectives.
4. Supervise visual merchandising and maintain high-quality standards in the store.
5. Collaborate closely with the brand director on sales, client events, and team management.
6. Optimize sales by recruiting new clients and providing exceptional customer service.
7. Build a network, manage CRM, and handle disputes.
8. Ensure exemplary and quality customer service.
9. Manage administrative tasks and accounting in collaboration with the assistant manager.
10. Report information and propose improvements and action plans.
11. Draft daily activity reports.

1. Bachelor's degree in sales and commerce.
2. 5 years of experience in sales team management.
3. Excellent communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
4. Pedagogical and excellent communicator.
5. Recognized service and retail orientation.
6. Result-oriented with strong KPI analysis skills.
7. Leadership skills to elevate team performance.
8. Passion for watchmaking is a plus.
