1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador by embodying the values and spirit of Glashütte Original through a comprehensive understanding of the brand's history, products, and universe.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and a superior sales experience to boutique clientele.
3. Greet each customer and provide a unique experience, whether spontaneously or through scheduled one-on-one appointments.
4. Utilize clienteling skills to foster customer loyalty, recruit new clients, and build strong relationships with the brand.
5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals while fostering a team spirit.
6. Provide clear reporting to the boutique director on sales activities.
7. Occasionally deliver final products to clients within Paris or across France.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sectors.
2. Exemplary communication skills and a strong embodiment of the luxury sector.
3. Recognized for service orientation and retail acumen.
4. Results-driven with a focus on KPIs, serving as motivation.
5. A passion for horology is advantageous.
