1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and spirit of Glashütte Original through a comprehensive understanding of the brand's history, products, and universe.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences to boutique clientele.
3. Welcome each customer and provide a unique experience, whether spontaneously or through scheduled one-on-one appointments.
4. Utilize clienteling skills to foster customer loyalty, attract new clients, and build strong brand relationships.
5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals in a team-oriented environment.
6. Provide clear reporting to the boutique director regarding sales activities.
7. Occasionally deliver final products to clients within Paris or across France.

1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the watchmaking, jewelry, or luxury sector.
2. Exemplary communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
3. Recognized service orientation and retail acumen.
4. Results-driven with a strong focus on KPIs.
5. Passion for horology is advantageous.
