Glashütte Original Sales Advisor
Swatch Group is a multinational company involved in the production and sale of finished watches, jewelry, movements, and watch components. - Act as a Brand Ambassador by mastering the history, products, and universe of Glashütte Original.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experience in the boutique.
- Welcome each client and offer a unique experience, either spontaneously or through scheduled one-on-one appointments.
- Utilize clienteling skills to retain existing clients, recruit new ones, and build strong relationships with the brand.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals in a team-spirited environment.
- Provide clear reporting to the boutique director on activities.
- Occasionally deliver final products to clients in Paris or elsewhere in France.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
- Excellent communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
- Recognized sense of service and retail.
- Result-oriented with a focus on KPIs as motivation drivers.
- Passion for watchmaking is a plus.
- Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
- Listening skills, service orientation, and availability.
- Team spirit.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
