With 16 watch brands, the Group is present in all price segments and has a strong distribution network, including specialized stores like Tourbillon Boutique and Hour Passion. Swatch Group is a significant player in the manufacturing and sale of electronic systems used in the watch industry and other sectors.

1. Act as a Brand Ambassador by mastering the history, products, and universe of Glashütte Original.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experience in the boutique.
3. Welcome each client and offer a unique experience, either spontaneously or through one-on-one appointments.
4. Utilize clienteling skills to retain clients, recruit new ones, and build strong relationships with the brand.
5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering a team spirit.
6. Provide clear reporting to the boutique director on activities.
7. Occasionally deliver final products to clients in Paris or France.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.
2. Excellent communication skills and embodiment of the luxury sector.
3. Recognized service and retail orientation.
4. Result and KPI-oriented, with these being motivational drivers.
5. Passion for watchmaking is a plus.

At least 2 years of experience in sales within the watchmaking-jewelry and/or luxury sector.

Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
