1. Assist in the product development process, including updating the collection plan, embroidery summaries, and nomenclature sheets.
2. Monitor the production of the collection, including purchasing and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
3. Update product launch tracking systems.
4. Maintain product information on the PLM system.
5. Coordinate with the Materials and Supplies Purchasing departments for shipments to manufacturers.
6. Participate in the operational organization of the collection, including the movement of pieces and accessories among manufacturers and between manufacturers and Givenchy.
7. Receive and inspect prototypes and samples.
8. Participate in collection and production fittings, verifying measurements and supplies/accessories.
9. Assist in the organization of fashion shows.
10. Manage administrative and logistical tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in a Fashion/Textile School, Business School, or equivalent.
2. Dynamic, responsive, meticulous, and versatile with a strong product sensitivity.
3. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in product development within a fashion house is appreciated.
4. Fluent in English; basic Italian is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internship or apprenticeship in product development in a fashion house.

Currently enrolled in a Fashion/Textile School, Business School, or equivalent.

Internship agreement required. Duration of up to 6 months, starting as soon as possible until July 2026. Located in Paris 8th arrondissement.
