1. Translate and interpret stylist sketches into three-dimensional forms to accurately convey volume.
2. Create models using draping or flat pattern techniques, drawing from interpretations, archives, and vintage references, ensuring alignment with the mannequin measurements for assembly.
3. Collaborate effectively with the pattern-making, technical drawing, mechanics, and cutting teams for seamless model development.
4. Assess fit and make necessary adjustments to prototypes.
5. Oversee prototypes until they receive approval from the Creative Team.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end women's ready-to-wear.

1. Expertise in draping and handling delicate fabrics such as Georgette chiffon and crêpe de chine.
2. Proficiency in developing bustiers and corsets.
3. Ability to propose technical solutions for transparent fabrics.
4. Artistic sensibility to interpret stylist designs.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
6. Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and flexible approach.
7. Capability to manage multiple models simultaneously under tight deadlines.
8. English proficiency is advantageous.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end women's ready-to-wear.

Formal training in pattern making.
