Givenchy Women's Knitwear Product Developer

- Conduct material research, including visits to PITTI FILATI, to source new yarns and accessories.
- Select yarns that align with brand aesthetics and stylistic requirements.
- Request and manage books, color cards, and samples for product development and design teams.
- Verify sales conditions of yarns, including minimum quantities, delivery times, additional costs, and sustainability certifications.
- Launch development and seam trials by receiving design inputs and communicating clear information to suppliers.
- Oversee prototype development, including technical dossier preparation and supplier visits for fittings and garment checks.
- Manage yarn orders, including Excel tracking of prices, certifications, and color stock verification.
- Coordinate sample development logistics and assist in supplier launch preparations.
- Code the collection in PLM and manage catalog modifications.
- Participate in industrialization processes, ensuring BOMs are updated and engaging in pricing negotiations.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in knitwear development within the fashion and luxury sector.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive and autonomous with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficient in Excel and PLM systems.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in knitwear development within the fashion and luxury industry.
