1. Conduct monthly sales KPI analyses and prepare Monthly Sales and Merchandising Reports by key account and product category.
2. Identify best and worst-selling products by market.
3. Centralize market feedback on recent collections and compile wish lists for upcoming collections.
4. Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams on budgets, strategic planning, and Open To Buy.
5. Perform ad-hoc analyses on product and market performance.
6. Coordinate global merchandising policy across regions (US/APAC/EMEA).
7. Participate in product assortment recommendations for wholesale clients and ensure adherence to guidelines during sales periods.
8. Monitor daily product selection and key account mix, centralizing sales forecasts by region.
9. Analyze Sell-In by product category and identify best and slow sellers by market.
10. Coordinate with regions to gather feedback and special requests.
11. Develop sales support tools for sales teams (merchandising calendar).
12. Prepare end-of-showroom wholesale purchase summaries from a merchandising perspective.

1. Currently completing a degree in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Ideally, previous significant experience in an analytical role.

2. Strong interest in the fashion industry with a keen product affinity.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in French and English.
