Givenchy Team Manager

- Supervise the sales team under the direction of the Store Manager to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and motivate the team on the sales floor through briefings and coaching sessions.

- Ensure adherence to company procedures, guidelines, and established rules.
- Act as a reference for the team, ensuring a professional and supportive work environment with clear objectives focused on customer experience and commercial performance.
- Implement and lead a sales ceremony based on excellence, providing daily training across all product categories.
- Participate in morning briefings and manage floor zoning to optimize sales advisor presence.
- Support team development, motivation, and engagement, participating in annual performance evaluations and action plan implementation.
- Actively participate in recruitment processes alongside the Store Manager and oversee team training.
- Deliver a customer experience rooted in excellence, ensuring team adherence to these standards.
- Drive sales and support the team in achieving sales targets, continuously challenging them to improve key performance indicators.
- Develop and retain clientele, deploying customer loyalty strategies within the team.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and address customer disputes.
- Ensure product knowledge within the team, sharing passion for the brand, its history, and iconic products.
- Challenge the team on fashion trends, current events, and competitor knowledge.
- Evaluate sales performance by product category and collaborate with the Store Manager on actions to boost sales.
- Work closely with boutique management, retail direction, and merchandising teams for detailed product sales and stock reporting.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maximize product sales potential.
- Participate in rotating and fiscal inventories.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury sector experience being advantageous.
- Essential managerial experience.

- Fluent in English, with a third language being appreciated.
