- Supervise and guide the sales team under the Store Manager's direction to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.

- Facilitate sales and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Challenge the team to continuously improve key performance indicators.

- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (Boutique Management, Retail Management, Merchandising Team) for detailed product sales and stock reporting.
- Work with Visual Merchandising counterparts to maximize product sales potential.
- Participate in rotating and fiscal inventories.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury sector experience preferred.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Product knowledge and sales ceremony expertise adhering to high standards.
- Ambassador of the brand and its values.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury universe.
- Fluent in English, with a third language preferred.
