1. Source, attract, and recruit top creative talents across design, studio, and related functions.
2. Act as a one-stop recruitment service for HR Business Partners and Business Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
3. Monitor talent pipelines and anticipate future needs.
4. Design and implement Givenchy’s campus management strategy, developing partnerships with leading fashion schools.
5. Organize and attend career fairs, portfolio reviews, and school events to enhance brand visibility and scouting opportunities.
6. Design, implement, and manage onboarding programs for new joiners in Paris and ensure successful rollout across regions.
7. Support employee integration and provide follow-up touchpoints to enhance engagement and retention.
8. Shape and elevate Givenchy’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, inspire, and retain top creative and business talents worldwide.
9. Craft and implement a dynamic employee communication strategy that ensures transparency, engagement, and alignment with the Maison’s vision and values.
10. Partner with the Global Talent Development Director to support key projects and initiatives.
11. Contribute to the design and delivery of development programs and training.
12. Provide data, reporting, and insights to support strategic talent decisions.

1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. 4–6 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within fashion/luxury.
3. Experience working with creative talent pools (design, studio, innovation roles) is highly valued.

1. Strong project management skills, with ability to structure, implement, and monitor HR programs.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to partner with managers and HRBPs.
3. Fluency in English and French required.
4. Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

4–6 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
