- Source, attract, and recruit top creative talents across design, studio, and related functions.
- Act as a one-stop recruitment service for HR Business Partners and Business Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Monitor talent pipelines and anticipate future needs.
- Design and implement Givenchy’s campus management strategy, developing partnerships with leading fashion schools.
- Organize and attend career fairs, portfolio reviews, and school events to enhance brand visibility and scouting opportunities.
- Design, implement, and manage onboarding programs for new joiners in Paris and ensure successful rollout across regions.
- Support employee integration and provide follow-up touchpoints to enhance engagement and retention.
- Shape and elevate Givenchy’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, inspire, and retain top creative and business talents worldwide.
- Craft and implement a dynamic employee communication strategy that ensures transparency, engagement, and alignment with the Maison’s vision and values.
- Partner with the Global Talent Development Director to support key projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of development programs and training.
- Provide data, reporting, and insights to support strategic talent decisions.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within fashion/luxury.
- Experience working with creative talent pools (design, studio, innovation roles) is highly valued.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to structure, implement, and monitor HR programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to partner with managers and HRBPs.
- Fluency in English and French required.
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
4–6 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
