Givenchy Supply & Distribution Planning Intern

- Optimize the weekly distribution of permanent and seasonal products to enhance store availability and support international business.
- Monitor performance indicators such as coverage rate and availability rate, and implement improvement action plans.
- Update and communicate weekly planning tracking tools.
- Assist in the creation and communication of demand planning to production teams.
- Share stock requirements with production through the monthly reorder process.
- Track stockouts of permanent products with the distribution team and challenge production teams.
- Prepare weekly Key Bets meetings with Merchandising, Production, Supply, and Business Planning teams.
- Develop a distribution tracking dashboard for various channels, focusing on availability, coverage, and stockouts.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, business school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in Supply Chain or Information Systems.
- Significant internship or apprenticeship experience in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of quantitative data with accuracy and analytical insight.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Aptitude for IT tools and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP and BI tools like Power Query is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Entry-level experience with a preference for candidates who have completed relevant internships or apprenticeships.
Enrolled in an engineering, business school, or equivalent university program.
Internship agreement required. Duration: 4 to 6 months. Start date: March 2026. Location: Paris 8th arrondissement.
