1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to empathize with customers.
3. Proficiency in English; Russian or Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
4. Genuine passion for fashion and deep understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit and resilient attitude.

7. Team player with a strong individual drive.
