- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and client development.
- Deliver highly personalized, omnichannel client experiences using clienteling tools, handwritten notes, phone calls and follow-up communications.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories to provide considered styling recommendations and drive average transaction value.
- Embody the Givenchy selling ceremony and brand heritage in every customer interaction, using individual style to create memorable moments.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data through discovery conversations and CRM input to grow lifetime loyalty.
- Act as a seasonal styling visionary—curate looks, advise on key business essentials and translate merchandising into sales.
- Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to elevate the guest experience and implement improvements based on NPS and client feedback.
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, aftercare and adherence to company policies.
- Minimum 3 years of sales, retail or hospitality experience; luxury or premium retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong active listening and client engagement capabilities.
- Highly service-oriented with strong time-management and organizational aptitude.

Minimum three years of customer-facing experience in sales, retail or hospitality, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
