- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accountability for individual performance objectives.
- Utilize an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all platforms.
- Stay informed about current market trends and competitors.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to best serve client preferences.

- Create extraordinary guest experiences using personal style and enthusiasm.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and achieve sales goals.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through personalized communication.
- Capture and utilize customer data to enhance client experiences.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Act as a styling visionary for seasonal products and key business essentials.
- Take proactive actions based on NPS performance and client feedback.
- Identify client passions and social involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Perform additional duties such as operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving results.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and concerns.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Service-oriented mindset, actively seeking ways to support clients and colleagues.
