Givenchy Studio Coordination Manager

- Coordinate the collection process by liaising between Style, Development, Merchandising, Atelier, Sourcing, and Communication teams to ensure seamless progression of creation stages.
- Monitor deadlines and schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and prompting teams as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of fittings and collection reviews, ensuring prototypes and samples are available on time.
- Support the Design Director and studio team in managing priorities and tracking key development stages of collections.
- Update and maintain daily and weekly schedules, ensuring effective coordination among various stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes to ensure clear communication of decisions.
- Anticipate logistical needs of the studio, including reservations, material requests, and tracking shipments of pieces.
- Maintain and archive internal documents, including studio technical sheets, meeting minutes, and schedules.
- Facilitate the flow of information between the studio and other departments.
- Manage and track prototypes, samples, and archives in collaboration with the development team.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and centralization of accessible information.
- Organize canceled samples, facilitating their classification and storage.
- Track vintage pieces and prototypes, ensuring their return post-use.
- Contribute to the archiving of collections and maintenance of an accessible documentation base.
- Assist in organizing fashion show preparations and special projects.
- Update schedules related to events and specific studio needs.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in the fashion or luxury industry is advantageous
- Agility and proactivity with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Well-structured and organized, comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
