Givenchy Store Manager

- Lead and manage the retail team to achieve operational excellence and maximize profitability.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional client experiences in alignment with Givenchy's standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to optimize store performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure superior client experiences.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and clienteling teams to execute promotional initiatives and campaigns.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in clienteling and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
