Givenchy Store Manager

- Direct and influence store performance across customer experience, talent management, financial targets, and operational efficiencies.
- Function as a brand ambassador, exemplifying Givenchy's core values while engaging with the community.
- Mentor and coach store team members, guiding junior managers within the network.
- Define and communicate the store's vision in alignment with local strategic plans.
- Ensure a balance between customer experience, financial targets, talent development, and operational efficiencies.
- Create and maintain in-store client experiences aligned with Givenchy's mission and values.
- Define, execute, and measure CRM strategy in partnership with Brand President and Corporate team.
- Conceive and execute store-level events in collaboration with Senior Management and Corporate Team.
- Source, screen, and hire talent in cooperation with Human Resources.
- Ensure new hires are properly onboarded and trained, completing probation period evaluations.
- Meet financial targets as defined by the Brand Director, South East Asia.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and Merchandising teams to drive key categories.
- Monitor all KPIs, analyze results, and make changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure inventory control, fraud prevention, and audit practices are executed and maintained.
- 8+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury fashion.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Proven track record in delivering business KPIs.
- Experience interacting with and servicing high-net-worth clientele.
- Ability to develop, mentor, and coach a team of seasoned sales professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of POS systems and operations, specifically Cegid.
Minimum of 10 years in the retail sector, with significant exposure to luxury merchandise categories such as Handbags/SLG, WRTW/MRTW, and accessories.
College degree or equivalent.
