- Lead and develop store business by cultivating strategic knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset, partnering with regional managers to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories, leveraging support from visual merchandising, training, and events.
- Build a loyal clientele using CRM tools, ensuring the highest level of customer experience and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market, representing the brand in relevant activities and understanding market trends.
- Ensure communication and implementation of policies, operational standards, and procedures, proposing improvements as needed.
- Monitor store expenses, partner with finance on P&L reviews, and manage health and safety alongside store support.
- Supervise loss prevention, risk management, and stock audits, ensuring team training on company systems.
- Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Experience in managing VIP client events.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and specifically ready-to-wear product division.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Master's degree desirable.
