1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver the brand experience to every client, providing consistent coaching and identifying development needs.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, working closely with HR and regional leadership to ensure effective succession planning.
3. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, delegating responsibilities and setting challenging yet achievable targets.
4. Cultivate a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset within the store, ensuring the highest level of customer experience and client retention.
5. Maximize the potential of all product categories, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, and events to foster synergies.
6. Monitor and manage store controllable expenses, partnering with Finance to review and act on the monthly P&L.
7. Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures, proposing improvements as necessary.
8. Supervise loss prevention and risk management, conducting stock audits effectively.

1. Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience in managing VIP client events.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion trends and RTW product division.
4. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Master's Degree desirable.
