- Develop and coach store managers to ensure delivery of the brand experience to every client.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with HR and regional leadership.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, delegating responsibility effectively.
- Translate strategic and business goals into actionable objectives for the team.
- Set and manage achievable yet challenging targets for the store, assessing and monitoring performance.
- Motivate the team to drive business, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovation.
- Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
- Network with brand and LVMH colleagues to share best practices.
- Communicate strategic vision, targets, and initiatives from HQ, ensuring alignment with LVMH values.
- Lead and develop the store's business by cultivating strategic knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset, partnering with regional managers to enhance client development.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories, leveraging available support and fostering synergies.
- Build a loyal clientele using CRM tools and establish a client-centric mindset to achieve retention objectives.
- Represent the brand locally by engaging in relevant activities and understanding market trends.
- Ensure operational standards and procedures are implemented, proposing improvements as necessary.
- Monitor store expenses and collaborate with Finance on P&L reviews.
- Oversee health and safety management, loss prevention, and risk management.
- Control stock loss within budget and conduct effective stock audits.
- Ensure team training on company systems related to point of sale and stock control.
- Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Experience in managing VIP client events.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, trends, and specifically RTW product division.
- Keen interest in culture and art.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Master's Degree desirable.
