- Ensure operational standards and procedures are implemented and propose improvements.
- Manage store expenses and collaborate with finance on P&L reviews.
- Oversee health and safety management, loss prevention, and risk management.
- Control stock loss and conduct effective audits.
- Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Experience managing VIP client events.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
- Master's degree desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and RTW product division.
- Passion for LVMH fashion and collections.
- Interest in culture and art.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management, with a focus on flagship boutiques.
Master's degree desirable.
