- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional brand experiences to every client.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with HR and regional leadership.
- Organize and delegate responsibilities efficiently according to business needs.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives for the team.
- Set and manage team and individual performance targets to achieve store goals.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that empowers the team and encourages innovation.
- Develop and maintain a customer-centric mindset to enhance client relationships and retention.
- Maximize the potential of all product categories through strategic merchandising and clienteling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and propose improvements as needed.
- Monitor and manage store expenses, partnering with Finance to review monthly P&L.
- Oversee health and safety management, loss prevention, and risk management.
- Control stock loss and conduct effective stock audits.
- Extensive experience in managing flagship boutiques within the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Proven experience in managing VIP client events.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Commercial creativity with a strong fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in the RTW product division.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Master's degree is desirable.
