- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, working with HR to secure succession plans.

- Engage in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.

- Cultivate a customer-centric mindset and maximize the potential of all product categories.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele, leveraging CRM tools.
- Represent the brand in local market activities and understand competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with policies, operational standards, and procedures.
- Monitor store expenses and manage health and safety, loss prevention, and risk management.
- Control stock loss and ensure team training on company systems.
- Extensive flagship boutique management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Existing international clientele network.
- Experience in managing VIP client events.
- Fluency in a second language preferred.
- Master's degree desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service and commercial creativity.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and RTW product division.
- Passion for LVMH fashion and collections.
- Keen interest in culture and art.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Master's degree desirable.
