Givenchy Sourcing and Development Manager - Trims

- Organize trim sourcing meetings and attend trade shows.
- Source trims for pre-collection and collection, including VIP/VIC needs, in collaboration with the Studio.
- Develop exclusive trims and conduct specific technical research.
- Propose solutions for non-conformity issues or delivery delays.
- Manage budget tracking in line with the collection plan.
- Analyze and control technical data and pricing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Negotiate pricing and minimum order quantities.
- Order collection quantities and monitor delivery schedules.
- Verify order compliance before delivery to manufacturers.
- Organize trim referencing.
- Participate in technical reviews to identify trim-related risks and propose alternatives.
- Monitor previous season's stock levels.
- Transmit technical drawings and samples to Production.
- Oversee administrative follow-up, including invoicing.
- Degree in fashion or textile engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in the fashion industry.
- Successful managerial experience overseeing a team of at least two people.
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PLM systems.
- Sensitivity to sustainable development issues.
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in the fashion industry, with a track record of effective management.
Degree in fashion or textile engineering, or equivalent.
