Givenchy Sourcing and Development Manager for Trims

1. Organize and attend trims meetings and professional trade shows.
2. Source trims for pre-collection and main collection, including VIP/VIC needs, in alignment with the Studio's requirements.
3. Develop exclusive trims and conduct specific technical research.
4. Provide innovative solutions for finishes and development, especially in cases of non-conformity or delivery delays.
5. Manage budget tracking in accordance with the collection plan.
6. Analyze and control technical data and pricing, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
7. Negotiate pricing and minimum order quantities.
8. Order collection quantities and monitor delivery schedules as confirmed by suppliers.
9. Verify order compliance before delivery to manufacturers.
10. Organize trims referencing.
11. Participate in technical reviews to identify risks and propose alternative solutions for production.
12. Monitor previous season's stock levels.
13. Transmit technical drawings and samples to the Production team.
14. Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing.

1. Degree from a fashion or textile engineering school, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience of 5 years or more in the fashion industry.
3. Successful managerial experience, overseeing at least two team members.
