Givenchy Sourcing and Development Manager for Trims

- Organize and attend trims meetings and professional trade shows.
- Source trims for pre-collection and main collection, including VIP/VIC needs, in alignment with the Studio's requirements.
- Develop exclusive trims and conduct specific technical research.
- Provide innovative solutions for finishes and development, especially in cases of non-conformity or delivery delays.
- Manage budget tracking in accordance with the collection plan.
- Analyze and control technical data and pricing, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Negotiate pricing and minimum order quantities.
- Order collection quantities and monitor delivery schedules as confirmed by suppliers.
- Verify order compliance before delivery to manufacturers.
- Organize trims referencing.
- Participate in technical reviews to identify risks and propose alternative solutions for production.
- Monitor previous season's stock levels.
- Transmit technical drawings and samples to the Production team.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing.
- Degree from a fashion or textile engineering school, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 5 years or more in the fashion industry.
- Successful managerial experience, overseeing at least two team members.
- Rigorous, methodical, and organized with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving orientation with the ability to handle unexpected situations and tight deadlines.
- Ingenuity and resourcefulness.
- Strong interest in sustainability and sustainable development.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM software.
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in the fashion industry is required.
Degree from a fashion or textile engineering school, or equivalent.
