1. Organize and display collections in the showroom, including ready-to-wear and accessories for both men and women.
2. Manage supplies and inventory.
3. Coordinate the transfer of collections to product business units, including apparel, footwear, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear.
4. Oversee international press sample coordination, including delivery schedules, Press Days, and weekly meetings with press production teams.
5. Update shipment records in collaboration with the customer service department.
6. Provide lines lists and tracking documents, and collect certifications for exotic materials.
7. Manage collections for advertising campaigns in coordination with the Image department.
8. Handle internal requests from business units, production, image, and sales teams.
9. Coordinate collection logistics for press events in Paris, collaborating with Visual Merchandising.
10. Manage collections for Press Days in Paris, the US, London, Milan, and Asia.
11. Participate in event planning for fashion shows, managing backstage, podium, and photocall photography.
12. Coordinate and manage showroom collections for Press Day Paris, liaising with the showroom manager and Visual Merchandising for collection setup.

1. Previous internship experience in press communication, preferably within the fashion and luxury sector.
2. Fluency in French and English.
