Givenchy Showroom Press Assistant Intern

- Manage the showroom, including the setup of collections, visual merchandising, product maintenance, supplies, stock management, follow-ups, and organization.
- Coordinate collections with each business unit (Ready-to-Wear, Footwear, Leather Goods, Jewelry, Eyewear) and import collections into Launchmetrics FGPS.
- Oversee the French Goods return process and train external offices and subsidiaries.
- Handle press sample orders, including planning, gathering information from business units, retail, and production, tracking and dispatching orders, receiving, budgeting, and order entry.
- Coordinate international press samples, including delivery planning, monitoring Press Days, conducting weekly meetings with press production teams, and updating dispatches in collaboration with the customer service department.
- Maintain and update the budget for samples, children's collections, supplies, hangers, packaging, shoe repair, and dry cleaning.
- Provide lines lists and tracking documents, and collect certifications for exotic materials.
- Manage collections for advertising campaigns with the Image department.
- Handle internal requests from business units, production, image, and sales teams.
- Oversee collection management (packing, transportation, presentation) during Press events in Paris, in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
- Manage collections for Press Days in Paris, London, Milan, the US, and Asia.
- Participate in the event calendar for shows, assisting with photographer management (backstage, runway, photocall).
- Coordinate and manage the collection in the showroom during Paris Press Day.
- Interface with the showroom manager and visual merchandising for collection setup.
- Prior experience in Press Communication, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury sector, is appreciated.
- Ability to work effectively in a team within a constantly evolving environment.

Entry-level experience in Press Communication, ideally in the Fashion & Luxury industry, is preferred.
