1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection while offering expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book for personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance standards.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors, and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in alignment with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
3. Proven track record in selling Ready-to-Wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
