1. Welcome and engage clients at the Givenchy Flagship store, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable shopping environment.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, assisting in product selection and providing expert advice.
3. Promote complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge with clients.
4. Confidently process sales transactions while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to enhance client relationships and expand the client book.
6. Uphold store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral standards, including dress code and appearance as directed by management.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors, and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a high fashion environment, preferably in a luxury department store.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear with a strong understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
3. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

At least 5 years of experience in high fashion sales, with a preference for luxury department store experience.
