Givenchy Senior Manager, Media & Performance Marketing

- Define and execute the full-funnel paid media and performance marketing strategy for the Americas to drive traffic, conversion and revenue for boutiques and e-commerce.
- Manage paid channels including paid social, paid search, display, affiliate and SEO; set KPIs and optimise for ROI.
- Plan, allocate and manage media budgets across digital and offline channels (OOH, print, third-party digital), performing forecasting and budget reallocation to meet e‑commerce targets.
- Lead and operationally manage external agencies for performance and brand media (e.g. agency briefings, targets, performance reviews and optimisation).
- Design, run and analyse A/B tests and iterative experiments across channels to improve acquisition and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with E‑Commerce & Retail, Wholesale, Merchandising and CRM to align audience strategies, first‑party data usage and local campaign execution.
- Own the US brand media calendar, align regional activations with HQ campaigns and cultural moments, and coordinate local asset and media needs.
- Manage vendor billing and finance reconciliation; maintain in-house media contact databases and editorial calendars.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, platforms and media partners to drive innovation across channels.
- Proven track record in performance marketing and media planning within luxury fashion, agency or marketing environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel paid programs (search, social, display, affiliate) and brand media (OOH, print, third‑party digital).
- Experience leading and collaborating with external media and performance agencies, including setting targets and driving efficiencies.
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into strategic recommendations and clear reporting for senior leadership.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrixed organisations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for forecasting, budgeting and executive reporting.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, media planning or related roles, with prior responsibility for multi-channel paid programs and agency management; prior exposure to luxury fashion or retail preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
