7. Mentor and train new hires, fostering team collaboration.

9. Deepen and develop relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spending.
10. Cultivate new and existing guest relationships through personalized communication.
11. Capture customer data through client discovery.

13. Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products and key business essentials.
14. Take proactive actions on client feedback.

16. Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
4. Advanced presentation skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
6. Experience in managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
7. Key holder experience.
8. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
