- Mentor and train new hires, fostering team collaboration.

- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Cultivate new and existing clients through ongoing communication, including personalized notes, phone calls, and emails.
- Capture customer data through client discovery.
- Implement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products and key business essentials.
- Take proactive actions based on client feedback.
- Identify loyal clients' passions and social involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, aftercare, and inventory control.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cross-industry roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM tools.
- Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations diplomatically.
- Key Holder experience.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Sales leadership and client relationship management.
- Mentoring and team collaboration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video-telephony technology.
- Ability to implement omni-channel strategies.
- Knowledge of market trends and product categories.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
