11. Capture customer data through client discovery.

13. Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products and key business essentials.
14. Take proactive actions based on client feedback.
15. Identify loyal clients' passions and social involvement to create CSR opportunities.
16. Perform additional duties such as operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
6. Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
7. Key holder experience.
8. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
