- Welcome and engage clients at the Givenchy concession, establishing an immediate sense of comfort and brand affinity.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and personalised product advice.
- Recommend complementary pieces and upsell leather goods and accessories based on client needs and preferences.
- Confidently process transactions and maintain a high level of service throughout the sale.
- Capture and update client CRM details to grow and maintain a robust client book and ensure personalised follow-up.
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect the Givenchy image.
- Adhere to brand behavioural standards, including appearance and dress code required by management.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and market awareness by participating in training and self-directed learning.
- Support stock control processes in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum three years' sales experience in a high-fashion or luxury retail environment.
- Proven experience selling leather goods with an appreciation of craftsmanship and quality.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience working to retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to act as a Givenchy brand ambassador.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate and retain clientele.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team; target-driven and resilient.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Minimum three years of sales experience in high-fashion or luxury retail; department store concession experience preferred. Demonstrable history of selling leather goods and delivering against retail KPIs.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal study in fashion/retail or luxury retail courses preferred.
