2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to assist in product selection and provide tailored advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share detailed product knowledge.
4. Confidently process sales while maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build and maintain a client book for personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral standards, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
3. Proficiency in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen with experience in retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in high fashion sales, preferably within a luxury department store environment.
