1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy concession, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection and provide personalized advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge with clients.
4. Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client relationships.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a robust client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends, participating in store training, and learning about all Givenchy product lines.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in luxury department stores preferred.
3. Proficiency in selling leather goods with a strong understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
5. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.

1. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a high fashion sales environment, ideally within luxury department stores.
